# Terms of use

## The site

The site and its machine-readable versions (Markdown pages, `/llms.txt`, `/catalog.json`) describe ChosenByAgent's services. People and AI agents may read and cite them. Prices are indicative “from” prices; every engagement is scoped and priced in a written proposal.

## Agents acting for people

An AI agent may request work on behalf of a person. The request is only processed after that person confirms it by e-mail. The person remains responsible for requests they confirm.

## Research and figures

Figures on the site cite their sources with publisher, date and source type. Sample reports are illustrative and labelled as such; they are not client data.
