What we collect
Requests you send us: your work e-mail, company website, what you need and any message. If an AI agent sends a request on your behalf, we also store the agent's declared name and user agent, and we ask you to confirm by e-mail before anyone at ChosenByAgent sees it.
Account data: your e-mail address, sign-in records and session data when you sign in with a magic link.
Technical data: server logs and privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics.
Why we use it
To answer your request, run the engagement you ask for, let you sign in and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed agent requests are deleted after 30 days. Other data is kept while your account or engagement is active and then for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its use, by writing to [privacy contact e-mail]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
